I sent I-765 to Nebraska Service Center on 12/28/2009 to renew EAD. I used USPS certified mail with return receipt. USPS web site shows that the mail was delivered on 12/30/2009. I also have received the USPS return receipt. However, I have not received USCIS receipt notice (I-797C) so far, and my personal check for application fee is not cashed yet.
I am quite concerned about this. Please suggest me what I should do.
1) Should I call NSC? If should, which number I should call?
2) Should I send another application? Will it cause trouble if NSC gets two applications eventually?
