W-2\'s for I-140

My lawyer did\'nt ask for W-2\'s while filing for 1-140. am I screwed !!!!! or is it not needed . Going my the messages on this board it seems I am f***ed.

I think at I-140 stage, your employer need to prove that he/she can pay you LC amount after you get GC.

If your laywer has attached company financial statement you are ok.
