vocational or post secondary school = high school or equivalent?

I’m DV2009. I have a question about educational qualification to ask. After I had finished junior high school eqaul grade 9 when I was 15 years of age, then I studied in post-secondary school or vocational high school for full time couses 3 years and finished when I was 18 years of age with the vocational certificate in Business Admin. Then I attended to the University 4 years until graduated with the Accounting Bechelor Degree.

I studied in the primary, secondary+vocational 12 years.

Vocational school or post secondary school = High school or equivalent?

Can I qualified the education requirement?

Consular officer won't look at the High School Certificate?

Some thread said even person graduated the university degree, Consular officer still want to look High School Certificate too.

True. But if your question is about your level of education on the electronic form, it is supposed to be university degree.
For the interview you will need to have both your vocational certificate and bachelor degree.
