Visitor visa - mumbai - dad 70, sister 32....

I want to invite my dad and sister on visitor visa. My dad has his own business and is 70 years my sister is a Computer professional. Is it OK to send both of them together for visa? Are there chances that her getting rejected may cause his to get rejected?

Please advise. This is for Mumbai consulate..
 
Yes - it is higher risk to have both of them apply together. Realistically speaking, it would be hard for ur sister to get approved anyways as she is younger and a comp professional, especially if she is single. Having ur father with her would increase the chances of scrutiny on his application as well.

Infact, you may want to have ur sister apply first as then she can reason that she needs to come back to India to take care of her father. Ur father can apply later - kinda cheesy but gives u a better chance.
