I got question about My mother Visiting Visa, First time she got 10Yr's Multiple entry visa in Jul-01. she visit USA for 6 months, she left on Jan-02. then again she Visit US that time she got only 3 Months(from Apr-30-02 to Jul-02) but i was applyed for extension before expire her I-94, so she extension for 6 months from Jul-02 to Jan-03 but she went to India on Oct-24-02 because she already got Return Ticket for this date!!
here is my question - i'm planning to ask her come again to Visit US around Mar-03 or April-03.. is there any problem for her, like this immeiately visits??? any effect her 10yrs multiple entry visa??? if she came USA shall she again apply for extension because at this time she want to spent more time with me.... does she can apply for extension this time??? i want to disturb her multiple visa??? please Advise me..
