I'm a U.S citizen of Indian origin, I've an OCI card. I'm planning to visit Pakistan for 1 week for my engagement to a girl there. I'm ready to apply for pakistan visa at the NY consulate. I've few questions

    1. Does having a Pakistan visa on my passport give trouble to my future visit to India?
    2. Will I've trouble travelling into U.S because of Pakistan visa?

    Thanks

Not sure. I would say no, because you travel on OCI to India.

You mean secondary inspection upon arrival to the USA? That is the only difficulty you may encounter (besides being put on a "no-fly" list, but it is a very distant probability).
