I came in to US in H4 status. I got a H1B approval in Sept 2001. That company did not provide me with papers. I got another H1 B approval in jan 2003 and started working. My H4 is valid till july 2003. I want to get my H1 stamping before leaving to India this year end. Can I get it stamped in Canada. Any reference website for this is appreciated. Will I have problems in getting it stamped when I visit India in Nov if my H4 expires in July? Thanks...Venkat
