I am came to US on F1 visa for Ph.d studies, Later I switched over to MS. Now I got H1 Approval. I have all the documents and I never was out of status. will there be any problem for me to get H1 stamping @ US Consulate in Canada B'coz of Ph.d -> MS. I am also a canadian landed immigrant, living and working in US.
Any suggestions will be sincerely appreciated.
