Has the visa requirements changed once again for Canadian PR's from Commonwealth countries entering USA after September 22nd?
The following message was posted on the web page of the US Consulate in Toronto.
"Canadian citizens and landed immigrants in Canada from British Commonwealth countries do not require non-immigrant visas to enter the United States, but apply for admission to the United States at the port of entry." Does this mean that a Canadian PR from a Commonwealth country can enter US without a visa from the US consulte even after September 22nd?
