please i want to know about this thing, one of my family win and they invite her for interview, she went there with althe document they request for, when she got there, they wrote on the top of the paper gave her that , we regret not to give your visa, they use small stamp that we receive your application , what is the meaning, and they said that she should collect one form from her sponsor in USA that she should bring it on any wednesday, please are they going to give her the visa if she give them the form and what she should do.
