Definitely there is some technical problem in the site.

It doesn't look good.
I have a bad feeling this is true and it shows here Worldwide is Mar-01. I am April 2002 and I would be out. Go to %^%$*#()&*^& !! with this immigration process.

I had checked on the link posted by GCDeewana. IF you scroll down to the botton this has a date of Aug8,2005. I donot know what does CA/VO:August 8, 2005 means? Does this rings any bell to anyone?

When I was searching USCIS website, I found CA/VO means:
Coordination Division of the Visa Office
Diplomatic Liaison Office
Anyway we should believe only USCIS official visa bulletin.

I will just wait for the official one from USCIS. As someone pointed out, E3 should be actually EB3. Kind of strange.

I highly doubt those are going to be the visa numbers come Oct 1st.
The last visa bulletin said the gov't believes EB3 will be current worldwide (for a few months) and those numbers have a retrogression of over 1 year. I don't think the gov't would underestimate that badly.

I think they are talking about E1,E2,E3 in this bulletin, where as, GC categories are EB1,EB2,EB3.

Wait a minute folks... The VISA Bulletin that we all are waiting for is for Fiscal Year 2006. I did not see any mention of it , in the link.So I am quite optimistic that an official one is still to be released. Besides Murthy.dom usually tracks these as news flashes, I have not seen any updates till now.
But yes I agree with you all that the process sucks...

comeon embassy doesn't put out unofficial ones, they can be sued if some one died
