Visa Bulletin for April 2013

I figured it makes sense to create one for the April bulletin as well

Here are my two cents. Just spoke to a very nice lady from KCC and I got a very strong feeling from her that the numbers, at least for Europe, will continue to go up fast. Right now, our number is approx. 2,500 away from being current. After looking at our case, she said that she is confident that our number will be current in May. Not sure about the other continents, sorry.

wow... its been few days since May bulleting been released and we havent even got 2nl yet.. and already we got bulletin for april thread

last month we got our 2NL two days after the bulletin was released. But in previous months it tool longer, so no worries guys!
My guess for Europe would be around 26k.

if it goes as fast as it did last year these same months it could reach 30K as well and June become current
