please need help me! There are Few questions i need to clear before i enter to
canada in last week of MAy.
1 Question: I am an Indian national. Came to USA on visitor visa three years ago
and got converted visa into H1 for 1 year and now i changed my Visa into F1 visa.
pursuing my Certificate course still more six months to go. Right now i am having
vacation. Since three years i didn't go to India instead kept changing I-94.
Now after receiving Permanent Resident. i will have to go canada. Is it easy
to come back to complete my remaining school studies. What i have to do?? What kind of
documents i need to bring to canada to show to USA consulate. Will it be easy to receive
permission to come back to USA. Since My F1 visa is not stamped. but i got I-94.
2 Question: Which city is best to land in canada since "SARS" have created panic in Toronto.
Where do i stay in canada? I mean Cheaper Accomodation.
3 Question: To receive PR do we have to stay in Canada and receive personally PR or i will get through mail(Canadian address)and then leave to USA?
