Is there any VA resident recently got approval? My I-485 transferred to local INS. Is all VA resident getteing transfer or just only me. I could not think any reason for the transfer.

We got approved recently i.e. on sep 12th and stamping done on sep 20th at Arlington VA.

By the way, i thought all NIW cases are on EB1 category. seems like it can be EB2 also.
