Using EAD

Hi
I am on EAD in one organization now I am joining another organization on EAD.It's a very small co and they don't know how to proceed.Can some one suggest me what forms they have to file with USCIS to enroll me as their employee?

They don't really need to do anything different to what they would do for a US employee. They need to complete an I-9 as normal, using your EAD as both proof of identity and eligibility to work, but that never gets sent to the USCIS. The only other thing they need to remember is to redo your I-9 each time you get a new EAD.

I am really surprised that this I-9 form is not supposed to be sent to USCIS.I was under impression that some form has to filed to USCIS.Thank you very much for educating me.

I believe that when the IRS receive the first tax payment from an employer for a new employee they pass the details onto the USCIS, regardless of whether the person is a US citizen or not. Therefore, the USCIS can track who is working where.
