USCIS in slumber ??

Applied for H1 extension back in early April on the basis of approved I-140 (this extension is beyond 7 yrs of H1).
USCIS website says it usually takes them 2 months to make a decision. Mine has gone over 3 months now as receipt
date was April 5.

Anyone else faced/facing same situation? Any idea whats taking them so long? There hasn't been any communincation
from USCIS side.

USCIS site updated to saying form I129 was processed and sent to the address on record. It doesn't mention
what decision they took. Is this normal, any idea?

I know I can wait a few days to hear directly from the attorney .... but ...
