I have recently moved so I had to update my address today. After hitting the "submit" button, the browser just froze, waiting for a response response from the server. In the mean time, I received the confirmation email for successful submission. After waiting a couple of minutes, I gave up. Should I re-submit my address change?

It wouldn't harm to do it again. In the worst way they get 2 updates to the same address - but that is better than not informing them at all!

Hi guys.
i moved to a new house in same city, is this the link to update my address ? : https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do
just wonder they didn't ask for SSN , and the A # is optional ! so how they determine the exact applicant ?
i want to make sure that i am using the right link to update my address as a GC holder.
please advice and confirm .

Thanks

That is the correct address. I don't know how they determine the correct applicant. Probably by the old address if the A# isn't given. It is best to give your A#.
