I am currently holding temporary greencard which I got it by marriage a US citizen. I have to go back to my home country for a month due to emergency, so I am wondering if I will have problem to come back to US? Do I need to go to Ambasssy again ? or The temporary greencard is the same as normal greencard ? Thanks for people who can help me here !

By temporary GC, do you mean the conditional GC (valid for 2 years).
If so, then you are fine to travel and re-enter. I went back to the UK for xmas and re-entered on my conditional GC with no problems.

Thanks Elcupacabras. Yes, I meant the conditional GC. What kind of document do I need to bring with me when I re-enter the US ?

GC, passport and if female and your last name is different on these 2 documents, then your marriage certificate also to link up the 2 different surnames.
