I have a Pre approved Labor from my company. They want to use for me. The attorney who applied the Labor had office in World trade Center. Bcoz of 9/11 all the documents were destroyed. Now can my company or attorney request DOL for documents - ETA 750A and ETA 750B. Currently the Attorney is not comfortable to substitute the Labor until he sees the skill sets that were mentioned in the Labor document. Pleae suggest me if i can get any help from DOL.
