Facts:
1. My company used preapproved EB3 category labor certificate (2000 priority date)
2. Comapny applied my i140+i485+EAD+AP cocurently.
3. INS received all applications on June 16, 2005
4. I'm on H1 and my wife is on H4 (5th yr)
5. H1 extention is in process...and of course not stampped on our passports.
My Questions:
1. Using the A#/LIN, is there ANY website to track my i140+i485+EAD+AP?
2. My wife wants to go to India in Sept/Oct 2005 and as I mentioned above our H1 ext is in process. Lawyer says she can use adv parole if i140 is approved before her journey. Any guesstimates for approvals of i-140 and AP for Jun 16, 2005 applications?
3. Lawyer asked my wife not to use EAD until i140 is approved. Why? I'm on H1 and would maintain my H status until then...so whats the problem?
