Hello all,

Appreciate if one of you could provide a feedback on this question.

My Parents visited to US on 04/07/07 on Visitor Visa, port of
entry is LosAngeles, their visa expiration is until 2016, and
their return tickets are for 10/06/07.

There is no date on their I-94 or on the visat stamp on their passport,
seems that the immigration officer forgot to put any date,
Parents showed the Return ticket and the Immigration officer
is aware that they want to stay for the next six months, with the
stamp on Passport, he mentioned B2 as their visa class but
did not put any dates for their visit.

What to do (or) where to approach in this scenario?

TIA.
Nambi

Thanks for your response Triple_citizen.

Anyone else has any suggestion on this?
I am planning to check with the local USCIS office to see
how this is being treated, reason being, I just dont want
to assume the stay is granted for 6 months( if it was not
that case).

The passport has the stamp mentioning the visa class B2,
but the validity date was not filled-in, it's same with the I-94.

Thanks very much waiting_toolong for the right pointer.

Thanks

Thanks waiting_toolong for your info, visited the nearest
cbp deferred inspections office, and it took 2 mins to get
the date stamped as they retrieved from their system.
