It's been two times that my sister got her F1 visa denied. I applied for asylum status right after I graduated and now I am a permanent Resident. I think the reason she is being rejected is because of my status. She's submitting all the documents the day after tomorrow. In the DS 160 form, she was asked to fill out my status. I'm not sure if she should fill it out as I am a PR or if she should fill it out as she doesn't know. Can anyone suggest me what could we do any different to get her F1 visa? It's just not fair her future is decided upon what I have done. I feel so guilty and I wish I could do something for her.
