Urgent Help Please: AR-11 and N-400 Interview

Actually, even if you did file all your AR-11 notices, there's no way you can prove it -- USCIS does not send you a receipt saying it received your AR-11. You claiming you filed an AR-11 vs. the USCIS saying they didn't receive it, doesn't say a thing. This is why I have a hard time believing some of the things in that NY Times article.

I have a Fedex signed delivery for the person at USCIS London Kentucky who recieved my AR-11 updating my latest address. I hope this will help in case he asked me about filling AR-11.

Save it, Lock it and throw the keys away !

BINGO, what more could you ask for. That's it. I see how :D you are right now and I can also some hair growing back on you now. If you talk about this topic any further, I will personally hunt you down and shave your head....hehehehe....I promise.;)

haha Atlanta_Brother that was funny!:p

The case of the British born Florida businessman involved the USCIS wrongly accusing him of a felony he had never committed and him appearing to have ignored the notice due to not having changed his address. I guess the USCIS used the fact that the erroneous notice went unanswered by him as willfully not changing his address when he moved. Morale to this bureaucratic story; even if the USCIS sends you false notices or notices in error, make sure your address is correct on file so you actually receive them and can notify USCIS of their mistake instead of making it appear that it was your intent to ignore any such erroneous notices and that you purposely didn't notify them of a change of address.
