urgent help needed on LCA for H1B

My lawyer is about to submit my H1B with a employment date of 10/01/2004 to 09/30/2007. However, I just found out the dates on my LCA are different, which is from 04/30/2004 to 04/29/2007. Is it correct? since the cap for 2004 has already run out and I am apply for FY2005, should the LCA have the same date as H1B starting date?

My lawyer is out of office now so please give me your advice on this confusion.
