It shouldn't - are you working for a US entity? Do you have work authorization in Canada?

Yes, I work for US entity. I have Canada PR. I am not sure whether should I tell my US employer I have canada PR or not as I am not sure about the income tax implications in Canada.

Please help

how many parole copies you have ??? ( normally they give 3 ), are they not collecting each time your enter into the country ( US ) ?

You are good to go. No problems with AP. I did as of now 5 times.
As long as your AP is valid ..you can travel with single AP copy... But make sure you carry copy of single AP. Because port of entry poeple will collect that copy.

Your US employer of your US job has no obligation to withhold taxes for Canada. You have to deal with the Canadian tax implications yourself, calculating the relevant amount and sending in tax money to Canada as required. No need to inform your US employer unless you are also doing work for them in Canada.
