my uncle came to unites states on BR1 category but unfortunately it was fraud case open against him and he admitted that he came to united states falsely, so now he applied for volunteer departure and its accepted now so soon he is leaving the country so now he has 2 question
1- his brother and sisters and mother in law are us citizen so if they petition him again will my uncle get effected for previous history ?
2- after leaving the country when his/sisters brother can apply is there any time frame ?
ucsic didnt deport him he is going back on his own will because he cant bring his family to usa so please kindly reply any help will be appreciated
