Foolishly my English fiance and I planned/paid for a wedding in America this December. I had been told by an attorney that the fiance visa process takes about 3 months, so I didn't expect any problems. However logging on to the Vermont website, I see they are only filing the I -129 F forms from Dec. 06! That makes me think our visa might not be here in time. Can you let me know if you have a general timeline for a fiance visa you've recently applied for? We are going through the Vermont processing center so that would be particularly helpful.
