My case has been with the TX DOL for an year, but since my company had a RIF during that time, they asked to re-issue the paper ad.
What does that mean? how will it affect my process?
My manager says that if they find qualified people responding to that ad, then the process has to be stopped and I can start it again after some time. Is that true?
