but if Texas can not approve one I-140 in 18 days a fax letter phone call will not help. So open a bottle of wine with a friend and relax because those f~#!ing!! Twats at Texas have not approved my or your I-140!!!!! BUT IT WILL HAPPEN SOON I HOPE
