Half happy, half sooo sad,
Happy that my GC process started Aug 05, 27 lc received.
Approval Oct17 2005.
i140 RD - Jan 27, 06 March moved from CSC to TSC.
June 7th RFE. asking for evidence of LC approval. How dumb when I asked that before after LC approval they said it will be sent to processing center and not given to me. But then they came with this dumbo RFE. As soon as we replied in one day they resumed processing.
Finally July 11th Got the approval by email.
Now happy for the process till now.
But NOW WHAT>>?? People any guess on when can I file for i485.
My Category is EB2, initially filed from CSC as my company is in CA.
And I have only done 19 months of my 6yr H1. So I can have H1 for another 4 years easily, but who wants to WAIT............................
Sorry I had not updated my case in the tracker as I never understood what you guys trying to do here. I only know that I get answers to lot of questions people have.
