I mailed the G-325 form to my fiance in China so that he could sign it. I mailed it last month and he still hasen't received it. Obviously this is a problem because we are trying to hurry up and file our application. I sent it regular mail and I'm worried that he may not get it or it got lost or something. What would be a more safe way to send it? I don't know if I can fedex or ups to China. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you
