I got RFE for my h1 tansfer to company B and my case is still pending. I am leaving company A and want to take short vacation and come back and join company B. I have the visa sponsored by company A, valid till sept 2007. Do I get any problems at the port of entry as I won't be having approved papers for company B. Please advice on this. I need to travel this monday. Thanks in advance
