Dear Sir,
I am currently on F1 OPT (EAD) which expires by End of Jan-16. My spouse's company is ready to file my F1 to H4 conversion with effective date of JAN-16 but they do not agree to file H4 EAD. Below is my query
1) If I only file the F1 to H4 conversion through my spouse's employer and once H4 is approved i apply for H4 EAD. Can i travel back to India while my H4 EAD approval in under review or do i need to stay in USA before H4 EAD is approved?
