travel during I485 processing

My wife and I have received our EAD cards and Advance Parole and are
awaiting our I485 approval. We have received our FP Notices and have
already done FP at the San Jose ASC.

After receiving our EAD & AP, my wife had to travel for business
outside the country. She is still maintaining her H1B visa status and
did not switch over to EAD yet. (As you know getting a EAD card is
not the same as using it). So she traveled outside the country on
H1B and came back two weeks ago on her H1B visa status with a new I94.

I wanted to confirm it that it is not going to affect our Green Card
processing in any way. Meaning, is it OK to travel on H1B visa while
holding EAD card & AP as backup during I485 stage?

For those who might want to know, I got a response from my attorney:

>Yes. It is ok to travel on H1B visa when I-485 is pending.
