Transit VISA requirements for travel to India if on AP and EAD

I am planning to travel to India pretty soon and i need to find what is needed as far as transit Visa's if i am on AP and EAD.

Can someone point me to the right source to get an answer to this question.

I have heard that stops in London, Frankfurt and even Paris need a Visa but not Amsterdam.

Can someone please confirm or point to a conslusive source.
 
I travelled on AI from NewArk via PARIS on Expired H1 on valid AP.

Left from here 02/19 and came back on 03/19

No NEED for AP via Paris if and only if you travel via Air India as they do not let you deplane.

1 suggestion is take about 3 AP photocopies as in India they will ask for a copy at each Security point. (i had to give at A'Bad and Bombay)
