h-1 is for your current employment while greencard(LCA,140 and 485) is for future employment. So even with same employer they are both separate processes.
So if your employer is cooperative you can continue with GC process with one while keep working with another on h-1. however when you get gc you will have to join the one who filed your gc and work for him for around 6-12 months.
