Transfer and RD???

Hi Folks,

If an I-485 case is transferred to a local BCIS office, which Receipt date does the local office consider? Original RD by TSC or the date the case is trasferred to local office? I know that the latter one is INJUSTICE!! Any ideas???

It does not matter. Generally most of the local application centers' processing times are shorter than the service center. Your RD does not change. Processing time is reset though.
