can i use that instead of paying to US translation services?
attested is just signed by the class 1 or 2 officers or the autorised persons who can jus attest it signing it as a true copy. In short attest means true copy..... BUT WHEN YOU Notary it, you have to get it signed + you have to stick government fee stamps of 5 rupess or 10 rupeees... depending upon the type of document. Ask any advocate for more details.
