Just received e-mails. Status changed from [On June 8, 2004, (2nd) FP received ... ] to [On June 27, 2004, your I-485 application ... received for processing. It is taking between 660 and 660 days ...]

I can't believe the IIO took 13 days to touch the case and let me know he received the case on June 27, 2004. It seems here is another backlog on his table. [On second thought, June 27 was Sunday, let us assume he was out of office for the long weekend -- it doesn't feel that scary any more.]

I can see a lot of approvals are going on

My LUD was 22,23 and it stopped at 24th and nothing after that.
I called IIO and they said my case entered the proccessing time and it will take 30 days to process my case and ask to call again after 30 days.
I ask her if my case with the officer she said it is not showing in my profile


So how many with LUD 22,23,24 got approved.

I hope I can see my approval soon

As you see in my signature, my wife and I received email and AVM approvals on Friday evening, 07/09/04. Our previous LUDs were 06/22,23,24, then nothing. Good luck to you, and everyone else with this LUD sequence.

Last message was fingerprint received.
Don't know what's going on.

do u think who ever cases has this message "On June 27, 2004........" they are all cases moved to LA?

No Change on my case after 07/03... the above message turned on 07/01,
after that LUD again on 07/03 for myself and my wife case.

My message is still showing "FP pending review......" and case message is showing "On June 27, 2004........".

Do you think our both cases are moved to LA?

Can you please let me know what is going on our cases.....

I have no idea what's going on. The IIO told me that my case was transfered back to California Service Center from LA downtown office. So, the good thing is my case is at CSC now. I have no idea why they transfered it to LA before, and than sent it back.
He told me that they received my case on June 27, 04 from LA. I'm not sure that he had the right information, since 06/27/04 was Sunday. I'm just telling what he told me...
I asked my lawyer to find out what's going on, so I will post it here if I know more than this.

Call the 1-800 number and if you're lucky and get a nice person who is in good mood, she/he might transfer you to an IIO. But you need to have a concern about something...
