Tourist Visa for Indian citizen on vacation in US

My mother is planning on taking the Alaska cruise from Seattle to Vancouver in the month of June and she is a citizen of India. Currently she is in the United States (Tourist Visa) for a holiday and will be here till June.

She does not have any financial documents from back home in India. Can you please tell me what would be required to get her the tourist Visa. Also any idea as to how long it would take.

We reside in Atlanta, GA

Straight forward cases take 10 business days. However, since your mother is in the US as a tourist, the Canadian consulate may either take more time, or simply refuse her since she did not apply in her country of residence.
