TN Visa antidoping test

If a TN Visa gives positive in this test before start working and fired...

Is it revoked?
Is there a historic data in the SSN or Visa?
Is it possible to apply again?

Is My SSN inactive until I start work again?

not sure what you are talking about. There is no drug test associated with getting a TN.

If your employer tests you and you fail, then of course, if they fire you, your TN is dead. But you can certainly start over and get another TN for another employer. It is not associated to your SSN, or immigration record.

Your SSN is yours forever. It is not "inactive", but as implied on the card, it can't be used for proof of work eligibility without another approved work status.

When you said it is dead it means that the period of grace starts (60 ays) to get another job?

If you lose your TN job, yes, you have 60 days grace to find another status or leave the US, but your TN is dead.
