TN to F1 visa

Hi,

Is it possible to adjust my TN visa to a student visa(F1) while living in the US or is it required to process the latter in the US embassy?

Cdns don't go to any embassy (just like when you got your TN).

You can change status by mail (file I-539) or at the border.

Note that the same immig intent criteria are used for F1 and TN.
