TN for C2C contract

I am already working on a contract job which allows me to take any other contract.

I am in talk with another client with whom I want to go corp-to-corp, basically I have to create my own corp. Has anyone tried to get TN for his/her inc while taking C2C contract?

Relation is my inc-->vendor-->big company

True. I will get TN letter from vendor, and will bill vendor through my inc. And I can withdraw as much money as I want through my inc. Though not clear about legal and tax implications.

It is self-sponsorship which is not permitted. Self-employment, ie. working for clients as a contractor is entirely permitted, as long as one has a TN for EACH client. Many have multiple TNs, paid as a contractor or corp-to-corp (doesn't matter which).
