1. What roughly is the % of TN-Visa applications done at POE's that get denied (or accepted)?
2. Are certain POE places known to be better/worse? In particular, Toronto, Vancouver, and Ottawa airports?
3. Is there a particular day/time where your odds are higher
4. Do border officials commonly ask about your non-immigrant intent (even if your employment letter specifies temporary or up to 3 years)? How should I answer if I don't have a job or own property in Canada? My only real connections are family and upbringing.

1. Roughly 5% are denied.
2. concentrate on your petition, not the POE.
3. See 2.
4. You are not required to have any ties in canada.

On non-immigrant intent: if you have few/no ties to Canada, what are you supposed to say when they ask about your non-immigrant intent?

I have found through getting a TN and through lots of other people that Vancouver is the hardest. It's true. I went through Vancouver and was questioned for 40 minutes, and almost got denied by the officer. I pleaded with him and he called his manager to make the decision. 6 of my friends went through Buffalo and had no problems. The officers even chatted with them about everyday things.
