Timeframe for NVC to Consulate to Interview

Could someone who has gone through or going through the green card process for an immediate relative let me know:

1) How long it takes for NVC to approve I-864 in US and send packet to US Consulate in India (Mumbai)?

2) How long it takes for US Consulate in Mumbai to send interview letter to applicant after receiving packet from NVC?

3) What is the lead time the US Consulate in Mumbai gives to the applicant for interview after sending the interview letter?

Just checking if anything has changed for you since you posted this message.

Have your mom received the packet forms from consulate?

The reason I am asking is because I am in same boat and my I-130 was approved on FEB-1-2005 by USCIS . I dont have any communication from NVC as of today (7th-March-2005).
