I have a question regarding change of status from B2. I came to US 1.5 months ago on B2 and is going to get married in Jan (more than 60 days after entering US). As far as I understood from what I read here I need to apply for change of status based on marriage to an US citizen. I was wondering how long the process wil take and more important question is that how long would it take to get a working permit?
I really appreciate any tip, comment and help.
