Time to process green card for parents.

Hi,
I am an american citizen and I would like to sponsor green card to my mother. I heard this process does not take that much time. The questions I have are

Can I sponsor citizenship for her or do i have to sponsor just the green card?
How much does it take to complete the green card process.
Another point is that ,my mother is a retired central govt employee and she currently draws monthly pension. So she is wondering , by getting the green card she might not be able to draw the pension etc. Is that true? Any there any other complications in india by getting a US green card.

Can some one answer the above questions.

Do we need G-325A for processing I130 for parents

Hi ,
Do we need G-325A for processing I130 for parents or is it just for the spouses?

Also some can some one give me a comprehensive checklist of document for I-130 for parents?
