time period between the interview and the oath ceremony

I live in NY and I just got my interview last week, now I am waiting for the oath ceremony. Can anybody give me an idea, approximately how long the waiting period is between the interview and the oath ceremony? Thank u...

Guru Devas is right, it generally takes btwn 2-3 months for the oath ceremony.

Can you pls post your timeline, FP/Interview dates etc., and also what type of questions did they as you at the Interview and where was it held ? ( Federal Plaza ? )

I don\'t remember the exact dates but application to interview , it\'s more than a year (more like 15 months) and the interview questions were basic. I was asked who the father of our country :) is. plus another 9 questions from the booklet. (color of our flag, etc.) I was asked to write my name down and that was that. Oh, the interview was at the INS in Garden City
