EB2 NSC RIR Oct. 2001 Approved for myself and spouse both. Got email for both myself & spouse ( actually spouse first) that this case is approved on Friday evg. And following friday we had cards in the mail. This all happened in last week and a week before that. Sorry for late updates. No welcome notice or nothing. My 4.5 years journey was a big one, lot of things happened. Those who know me since long knows how bad things had happened.......
First Query in MI labor,
and then labor got approved but original labor got lost in mail
I-140 took almost 2+ years for approval
3 EADS & AP
1 query for I -140 ( labor missing)
2 query for I -485 ( employer letter - August 2005 and then another in April 2006 asking for the visa status. ).
This was a long journey, but now that its over......I do not feel something great. Charm has gone I guess. But whatever this forum has been of great help. Thanks alot everybody.
