Myself (australian) and my fiance (ohio native) seek any answers relating to the unbearable time delays that seem to occur in processing simple forms to the BCIS. We are engaged to be married as soon as the US Government find it in their hearts to allow me to return to the US. My fiance is (to date) nearly 7 months pregnant and we are desperate for me to be there to witness the birth of our first child. With the BCIS knowing this information and all the correct forms in place it doesnt seem a priority to anyone that we have a legitimate moral issue riding on our hands. Forget about the after effects of single motherdom and related issues of employment and such. We are extremely curious to some REAL facts about the whole process and what is EXACTLY involved.
